2 lbs. zucchini
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
5 mint leaves
2 tbs. raisins
1 garlic clove
1. Wash the zucchini and cut into slices.
2. Fry zucchini slices in hot oil with garlic clove. Remove once the color changes slightly
3. Put the zucchini back in the hot oil
and mix in the sugar, mint and raisins.
4. Mix carefully, pour in the vinegar, turn off the stove top and cover.
5. Serve.
